Fusion Attire is not a generic fashion marketplace. We are the digital bridge building a verified production infrastructure across Africa. Every designer on our platform undergoes a rigorous auditing process spanning sizing accuracy, manufacturing capacity, and finishing craftsmanship. When you shop with us, you are investing in authentic, premium African design backed by absolute operational integrity.

Return & Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident in every Fusion Attire purchase. If an item doesn't meet your expectations, we’ll do our best to make it right within the guidelines below.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging, with all tags attached.
- Items must not show signs of wear, stains, odors, or damage.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Intimate apparel (e.g. bodysuits, undergarments)
- Earrings or pierced jewelry
- Items marked "Final Sale" or "Made to Order"
- Gift cards or vouchers

Return Process

1. Email admin@fusionattire.store with:
   - Your full name
   - Order number
   - Photo of Item(s) you'd like to return
   - Reason for return

2. We will reply within 2 business days to confirm eligibility and share return instructions.

3. You must ship the item back to us within 5 days after we send return instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

- Domestic (Botswana): Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- International: Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. Customs fees, if any, are also the customer’s responsibility.

We recommend using a trackable courier service. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

- If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds may exclude original shipping charges unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.
- We reserve the right to issue partial refunds for items that are not in original condition.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at admin@fusionattire.store within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item(s) and packaging
- Description of the issue

We will cover the cost of replacement or refund in such cases.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please place a new order and request a return for the original.

Important Notes

- Refunds will not be issued for returned items that do not meet the above conditions.
- Fusion Attire reserves the right to reject returns or impose restocking fees in cases of suspected abuse or policy violation.

Standard international sizing systems fail to reflect African body diversity. Every garment on Fusion Attire is engineered and certified using our proprietary AfriSize™ framework, offering accurate, beautiful fits extending from XS up to 6XL.

We physically audit our design studios to verify their real-time production outputs. This ensures that every made-to-order item has an accurate, transparent fulfillment timeline displayed right on the listing before you buy.

Pre-Dispatch Quality Control


Our local QA teams physically inspect every single order for material authenticity, stitching integrity, and premium finishes. Your order passes through our strict quality gates before it is securely handed over to our couriers.

    We provide straightforward regional logistics. Local deliveries across Gaborone are completely free, while Greater Gaborone fulfillments carry a flat P30 rate applied securely at checkout.

    For our global community, we calculate live customs and shipping rates at checkout, routing international shipments securely via FedEx with fully trackable commercial documentation.

  • Legally Guarded Returns


    We stand firmly behind our verified designers. If an item arrives damaged or fails to match its strict catalog specifications, our customer service team processes structured exchanges and refunds in alignment with our formal corporate policies.
