The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

• Sale items or items marked as "final sale."

• Personalized or custom-made items.

• Underwear, swimwear, and other intimate apparel for hygiene reasons.

• Items damaged due to misuse or negligence.

3. Return Process

   • Include the RAN, proof of purchase, and a completed return form (if provided).

   • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective item).
