Investors & Strategic Partners
Investing in the supply layer of African fashion.
Fusion Attire is building the verified supply, sizing and distribution infrastructure that Southern African fashion needs to reach larger markets. We are open to conversations with aligned investors and strategic funding partners.
The opportunity
Southern Africa has a deep base of designers and makers, but its fashion supply is informal, unstandardised and invisible to large buyers. Retailers and platforms that want Southern African design have no reliable way to find it, assess it or order it at volume. Whoever builds that layer becomes the route through which the region's fashion supply reaches the market.
What Fusion is building
A verified designer network
Designers assessed against one commercial standard, growing market by market.
AfriSize™
One sizing standard across every designer, which makes multi-designer retail orders possible.
Standardised product data
Every piece listed with sizing, measurements, fabric, maker and lead time.
Multi-channel distribution
One catalogue that plugs into Fusion's own store, e-commerce marketplaces and retail.
Demand and fulfilment data
A growing record of what sells, where, in which sizes and how reliably it is made.
The business model
Fusion holds no stock and never lends. Designers fund and make their own pieces, and Fusion earns a margin on every sale, with no fee to designers.
As the network scales, revenue extends into:
- Marketplace channels.
- Retail supply contracts.
- Contracted production of designs with proven demand.
- Commercial intelligence products for retailers, platforms and development finance institutions.
- Referrals to specialist financial providers for designers.
Why it compounds
Every verified designer and every order improves the supply record. A stronger record makes the next channel, the next retail contract and the next market easier to win.
The route to scale
Each market opens only when the one before it meets its targets, on one playbook and one set of standards.
